All personal details provided to Raith we to deliver to you the information would use developments requested.  We will then hold those details for the period of time that the development, which you enquired about, is on sale and we will take reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal data against loss and unauthorised disclosure or access.  We will not use the contact details for any other purpose and we will not provide the contact details to anyone out with Raith Developments.  If at any time you wish us to cease holding the contact details, please inform us.
